Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information, use this website lawfully and avoid submitting information that is misleading, harmful or unauthorised.
Registrations and Stall Booking
A booking request is subject to availability and confirmation by TANSDMA. The applicant is responsible for checking the event details, booking information and contact details before completing payment.
TANSDMA may contact the applicant for clarification and may refuse or cancel a booking where information is incomplete, fraudulent or inconsistent with event requirements.
Payments
Displayed prices, taxes, service charges and payment instructions will be shown during the booking process. A booking is treated as confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from TANSDMA or its payment partner.
Event Changes
Dates, venue, schedules, stall layouts and event arrangements may change when reasonably necessary. Updates will be communicated using the contact details provided during registration.
